In June 2006, Bond Personnel became the regions only employment business to successfully complete the REC’s Audited process. The REC has developed the audited status as a means of independently validating compliance with The Employment Agencies Act and Conduct Regulations 2003 and REC Code of Professional Practice. They consider their Audited scheme is the most comprehensive regulatory audit of its kind, demonstrating that agencies are committed to the highest possible standards.
