Kate established the business in 2003 along with her brother-in-law Richard Bailey. After working within the Recruitment Industry herself she realised the potential for an agency with exceptional service levels, honesty and new ideas to improve certain aspects.

Originally working within Oil & Gas Recruitment, Kate’s focus lies in the management and operations involved in running the business efficiently and effectively. She brings with her extensive Management and Project Management experience and skills.
