Educated in Chicago, Illinois – Kate has brought a wealth of business/recruitment knowledge back to British soil. She founded Bond in 2003, taking over an ailing Wigan-based recruitment agency – turning it into one of the North West’s biggest recruiters for the manufacturing and logistics industry. Boasting a history in Oil and Gas Recruitment, Operations and Financial Services, Katie has a proven track record of success in business.
Her mission is to ensure that both candidates and business’s of the North West receive the best possible experience, advice and results.
JULIE SATTERLY – Senior Account Manager
A modest, organised and well-respected lady in the world of recruitment, she is renowned for her impeccable account managing abilities. Julie has been with Bond for 11 years. Her understanding of what is required comes from her experience in roles that she now recruits for. She understands the work her staff will be carrying out and is able to give invaluable insights into business’s practises before candidates have even walked through their doors.
Julie understands the need to deliver and she will deliver, every time. From a candidate perspective, you want her on your side / from an employer perspective, she might be the miracle your business needs.
JOVITA JURKSAITIENE – Supporting Account Manager
Jovita boasts the ability to speak 4 languages, has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the food production industry. A former professional swimmer of 12 years, Jovita is committed to the smooth-running of large temporary contracts. From interviewing, to inducting, to organising – she takes the stress of temporary recruitment on with impressive ease.
Her candidates are punctual, hard-working and enthusiastic – a testament to her attitude and willingness to succeed.
REBECCA KEANE, Reception & Payroll Administration
Born in the Republic of Ireland, Rebecca has come from a background in Banking and Compliance. She prides herself on an exceptional level of customer service – something that she has spent a decade training others in. As our newest member of the team, Rebecca has already established herself as an integral part of the organisation.
She will probably be the first person you communicate with when you contact Bond, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
