About the Role
Bond Personnel are recruiting for a Warehouse / FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Skelmersdale.
This is a varied role combining FLT Counterbalance duties with general warehouse responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy staying active and being part of a hardworking team.
This position offers stable, full-time hours with an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Carrying out stock checks and inventory duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Assisting with general warehouse operations as required
- Following company health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (in-house accepted with proof)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Comfortable with manual handling and lifting duties
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
