KATE BOND
Kate founded Bond in 2003, taking over an ailing Wigan-based recruitment agency – turning it into one of the North West’s biggest recruiters for the manufacturing and logistics industry.
Kate leads the business and sets the direction — from how we work with clients to how we grow.
She’s closely involved in key client relationships, commercial decisions, and ensuring the team delivers consistently. If something matters commercially or strategically, Kate is across it.
REBECCA KEANE – Client Acquisition Manager
Originally from the Republic of Ireland, Becky is responsible for building new client and candidate relationships and developing long-term partnerships.
With her warm personality and approachable nature, Becky works closely with businesses to understand where the real pressure is — not just vacancies, but the roles that are slowing things down or hard to get right. Becky focuses on creating solutions that actually work, not just filling jobs quickly.
Callum – Client Acquisition Apprentice
SAVANNAH – Service Delivery Coordinator
Savannah manages client relationships and oversees the delivery of temporary recruitment across key accounts.
She makes sure roles are filled properly, people turn up, and everything runs as it should day-to-day. Savannah is the person keeping things on track behind the scenes and stepping in quickly when something needs sorting.
ELISE – Business Administration & Recruitment Apprentice
Elise supports the recruitment team with administration, compliance, and day-to-day processes.
She works closely with Savannah to keep everything organised and moving, making sure the details are right and nothing gets missed. Elise is developing her recruitment skills while playing a key part in keeping delivery running smoothly.
LAURA CUNNIFFE – Operations & Systems Coordinator
Laura supports the operational side of the business, keeping systems, processes, and day-to-day running efficient and under control.
She focuses on improving how we work behind the scenes — reducing admin, improving systems, and making sure the business runs smoothly.
Known for her exceptional attention to detail, Laura thrives under pressure and her expertise and calm approach make her an indispensable member of the team.
JOSH – Payroll Coordinator
Josh manages payroll, ensuring everything is accurate, on time, and running consistently.
He takes full ownership of the payroll process, making sure workers are paid correctly and clients have confidence that everything is being handled properly.
