Bond Personnel are recruiting for an experienced FLT VNA Driver with valid VNA, PPT and Counterbalance licences to join one of Wigan’s largest and most respected manufacturers.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a role with a well-established company that offers fantastic benefits, excellent working conditions, and genuine long-term career prospects. The position is initially offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Shift Pattern
✅ 2 Days: 7:00am – 7:00pm
✅ 2 Nights: 7:00pm – 7:00am
✅ 4 Days Off
Key Responsibilities
- Operating VNA (Very Narrow Aisle), PPT and Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Ensuring goods are stored accurately and safely
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Following all health & safety procedures and company policies
- Working effectively as part of a busy warehouse team
Requirements
- Valid VNA licence (in-house accepted with proof)
- VNA licence must include S-CAPE Training
- Valid PPT licence (in-house accepted with proof)
- Valid Counterbalance licence (in-house accepted with proof)
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
