Bond Personnel are currently recruiting Production Operatives / Packers to join one of our valued clients based at their modern facility  in Wigan (WN3).

The Role

As a Production Operative / Packer, your duties will include:

• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Packing lightweight products into boxes
• Picking and packing hygiene and baby wipe products
• Palletising and wrapping finished goods
• Carrying out rework activities where required
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

Please note: This role involves standing for 12-hour shifts and working around production machinery in a busy manufacturing environment.

Working Hours

4 On, 4 Off Rotating Shift Pattern

•  Day Shifts: 7:00am – 7:00pm
• Night Shifts: 7:00pm – 7:00am
• flexibility required

Pay Rates

• £12.71 per hour
• Weekly pay every Friday
• 75 mins paid breaks

Essential Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Good communication skills
• Reliable, flexible and committed to work
• Able to travel to Wigan (WN3)
• Good understanding of English and basic maths

Preferred Experience

• Previous production or manufacturing experience
• At least 1 year’s experience within a production environment
• Background in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) manufacturing would be advantageous

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively within a team
